Kevin came to residential renovation by way of two careers that, in retrospect, were always heading toward the same place. On one side: a corporate career building a thirty-person marketing agency, consulting Fortune 500 brands across healthcare and finance, and writing an international bestselling book on client-first business strategy. On the other: hands-on construction work that ran alongside it — including a team lead role on a U.S. Space Force facility, the conversion of Seagram Distilleries into 105 luxury loft condominiums, and years of self-directed residential work across structural, electrical, plumbing, and finish.
He launched Emissary Homes after observing something that troubled him: most homeowners approached a renovation with more anxiety than excitement — because most contractors gave them every reason to. He set out to build a company that was honest, organized, communicative, and genuinely skilled — one that gave clients the experience of feeling safe, informed, and cared for throughout a process that asks a great deal of them.
Kevin oversees every project personally — not as a figurehead, but as the standard-bearer for everything the firm promises. That's why Emissary Homes was built with a formal Project Management Office at its core: so that the principles of clear communication, disciplined execution, and client accountability don't depend on any one person being in any one place. They are built into how the firm operates. Emissary Homes clients consistently describe the experience the same way: they felt treated the way they wished every contractor treated them.
Bio Highlights
Kevin — Principal, Emissary Homes LLC
Emissary Homes was built on a simple premise: that the people who invite us into their homes deserve more than a transaction. They deserve a partner who understands that every renovation decision carries real consequences — for their family, their investment, and their daily life.
That commitment shapes everything we do. We are selective about the projects we take on because we are unwilling to do work we cannot do well. We are transparent about scope, cost, and timeline because surprises are not an inevitable byproduct of renovation — they are a failure of planning. And we communicate proactively because the trust our clients place in us is too significant to take for granted.
Emissary Homes is a principal-led firm. When you work with us, you work with Kevin — from the first call to the final walkthrough. That accountability is not incidental. It is by design.

"You know how you wish you could somehow find a contractor that was honest, reliable, fairly priced and who has actual craftsmen who do great work? Well, if you are reading this review, you finally found one!!"

Emissary Homes operates under a formally established Project Management Office — a structure that distinguishes us from virtually every residential renovation firm operating in this market.
The PMO is the operational core of every project we take on. It oversees the day-to-day coordination of all active trades — electricians, plumbers, tile setters, flooring crews, painters — ensuring each moves in the correct sequence, on the correct timeline, without the gaps between trades that quietly consume weeks and erode budgets.
Momentum is a discipline. On a renovation project, the natural tendency is for work to stall: a trade finishes, nothing is ready to follow, and days become weeks. The PMO exists to prevent that. Every handoff between trades is anticipated and scheduled. Every dependency is mapped before it becomes a delay.
Budget control operates the same way. The PMO tracks actual spend against the approved investment summary throughout the life of the project — not at the end, when course-correction is no longer possible. When something changes, you hear about it immediately, with options.
This is the infrastructure behind every commitment we make — and the reason those commitments hold.
We serve Brevard County and surrounding Space Coast communities. For projects outside this area, contact us — we consider select projects on a case-by-case basis.
