PMO
Emissary Homes operates under a formally established Project Management Office — the operational backbone of every project we deliver. The PMO oversees the day-to-day coordination of all active trades, maintains project momentum, and enforces the organizational discipline that keeps timelines on schedule and budgets in control.
On any given renovation, multiple specialized trades are working in sequence: electricians, plumbers, tile setters, flooring crews, painters. Each has dependencies. Each has scheduling requirements. The PMO ensures those trades move in the right order, at the right pace — without the gaps that cost time or the drift that costs money. The five phases below are not guidelines. They are the system the PMO runs.
Phase 01 — Discovery Call
Every engagement begins with a direct conversation — your home, your goals, your timeline, and the level of investment you're considering. This is not a sales call. It's a mutual assessment of whether Emissary Homes is the right fit for your project. If we are not, we will tell you honestly.
Phase 02 — Site Visit & Scope Development
We walk the space with you. We listen carefully, ask specific questions, and look for what others miss. Following the visit, we develop a detailed written scope: materials, sequencing, milestones, and a complete investment summary. Nothing is estimated loosely. Nothing is left to assumption.
Phase 03 — Pre-Construction Selection
Before a single wall is touched, every finish decision is made and confirmed in writing — flooring, tile, fixtures, cabinetry, paint. This phase eliminates the delays and budget surprises that come from mid-project decision-making. It is one of the most important things we do to protect your timeline and your peace of mind.
Phase 04 — Execution
Work proceeds exactly as scoped. You receive regular updates on a schedule we agree to upfront — not when you happen to ask. No work advances beyond an approved milestone without your sign-off. Your home remains yours throughout the process.
Phase 05 — Final Walkthrough & Handover
We do not consider a project complete until you do. The final walkthrough is systematic and thorough. Every item is reviewed. Every outstanding detail is resolved. The space is delivered ready to be lived in — not promised for later.
